There is a reason it works this way. Whether searching your own history is worth anything to you depends entirely on what is in your history, and no amount of copy on this page can answer that. Pointing it at your actual conversations can.

One payment. No subscription, no seats, no tiers, no upsell — there is only one version of Inventory and you get all of it. Updates are free for as long as it exists.

Your licence is tied to your Mac and activates once over the network. After that the app never contacts us again, which is the same reason your conversations never leave the machine: there is no server here to send them to.

Refunds within 14 days of purchase, no reasoning required. Email hello@myinventory.site and it is done. The trial exists so that this should rarely be necessary.

Nothing, after you have paid. Inventory indexes on your own machine, and the embedding model ships inside the app, so there are no API keys, no per-query costs and no usage limits. The only network request it makes is the check for a new version.
