One payment. No subscription, no seats, no tiers, no upsell — there is only one version of Inventory and you get all of it: every source, search by meaning, quick capture, handoff, and agent access. Updates are free for as long as it exists.

Your licence is tied to your Mac and activates once over the network. After that the app never contacts us again, which is the same reason your conversations never leave the machine: there is no server here to send them to.

Refunds within 14 days of purchase, no reasoning required. Email hello@myinventory.site and it is done.

Nothing, after you have paid. Inventory indexes on your own machine, and the embedding model ships inside the app, so there are no API keys, no per-query costs and no usage limits. The only network request it makes is the check for a new version.
